Mugwort, aka artemisia vulgaris? It's been used to make beer, tea and medicinal aperitifs (it's bitter). Technically it's an herb with some uses in the kitchen/herbal medicine, but can get out of control and become a nuisance, like a weed.

Dig it out as fast as you can!!!

A terrible thug. Get rid of it.
