I wouldn't paint anything black if you're thinking of re-doing it. You will be causing yourself a lot of extra work priming and painting later on. Start by choosing a nice trim color. Don't forget to prep and paint all the ceilings, even if they look white. You could also choose different ceiling colors, but paint them first.

Olive green is exactly the wrong color for me because my skin tone reads, “ I have the flu. “. Perhaps it’s your happy color. But I would think anyone would have trouble applying makeup in that bathroom. Powder rooms are a little different, small spaces for big drama.

For the big bathroom black probably would not work due to your floor tile.

Computer monitors are notorious for skewing color but, this seems to be a good partner for the floor in the blue bath.
