Google limed European Oak. It should pop up. Pics should be easy to find. Then you dig up the manufacturer of the floors in the pics. Should take about 10 minutes.

the closest i found is Paradigm Citadel and Paradigm Tower. i think theyre way better than Calypso Oak and Cairo Oak.

Our flooring store in MN had the price of $4.49 back in July.

Been calling around to get prices on Ravenswood - Efloors had it at about $4.07

In Orange County CA found it for about $3.50/ft which is a steal, but you have to factor in 8% tax and $200 shipping. Sterling Carpet in Mission Viejo or Anaheim

I wanted something similar to her floors too but in LYP and decided that Ravenswood oak came the closest in terms to color and wood grain.

Any concerns with Ravenswood being an SPC vs WPC??? We are looking at Cairo, Calypso and Ravenswood and I am leaning towards Ravenswood but do not have sample. Only online pics.

I don’t think Ravenswood being SPC is an issue. In fact, it’s stronger and more scratch and dent resistant than WPC. The only thing of concern is if you prefer a bit more cushion because WPC has wood fiber instead of stone underneath which makes it thicker. I too was narrowing down better these 3 options. Calypso was showing too yellow and the wood grain looked cheap. Ravenswood and Cairo had the white oak grain I wanted but Cairo was a bit too dark. Go with Ravenswood, you will not regret it. Just for comparison, I’ve attached a pic showing my real white oak nightstand sitting on top of my Ravenswood LVP and you could hardly tell them apart. That’s how good Ravenswood look.

@Nicole Plemel do you have any pictures of Ravenswood installed in your house? I'm seriously leaning toward putting this in our home. I'm curious about how much variance there is in color and if it looks stripy at all.

Do the bevels ever drive you crazy? I love the look but am worried about dirt traps

The bevels are just enhanced (painted) for looks not that there’s an actual gap so no issue with dirt trap at all. It’s not even noticeable when you walk on it.

How did you match your stairs to this flooring?

So my original staircase and railings were red oak. My flooring guy did an incredible job resurfacing and restaining them to match my Vinyl floor. It’ll never be an exact match but if you find the right guy, they can come close to matching it and you’ll barely notice the difference. Sorry I don’t remember the stain formula that they used.

Wow that is beautiful and so encouraging to hear! I’m doing Coretec floors with red oak stairs too and i’ve been so worried that they wouldn’t match! do you know if it was a sherwin williams stain or a minwax? wish there was a way to know the stain formula they used!

Sorry I don’t remember the stain used. But I remember it being a two-step water-base matte stain.
