Need privacy screening ASAP for partial shady area

I am looking for a privacy screening to block out my neighbors new basketball court and “party patio”. We have a deck and pool and would like privacy when they entertain.
The length is 117’ on the shared side yard. They have a split rail fence with 4 mature crape myrtles that canopy over my yard creating dappled shade so the screening needs to thrive on partial shade (this side yard faces the north but if it wasn’t for the crape myrtles, they would get full sun). It was suggested that we get Green Giant Arborvitae but I don’t want that height and the loss of the width for our yard. I have about 30’ from the fence to our pool decking.
Any recommendations for a dense, fast growing, tall (20’-25’) shrub that doesn’t need any trimming and can take partial sun? I would love the look of a flowing shrub like viburnum or spirea but really wanted an evergreen for the no maintenance and year round screening.
