Looks large; probably MLS stretch pix. What is opposite the fireplace? Might be the occasion to have two seating areas, conversation at the fireplace, and TV on the opposite side of the room. We need more pix, floor plan and measurements. Do you have any furniture that you're using?

Couch facing the FP. Tv above the FP.
Chairs and table by the windows with a large rug. Coffee table in front of a couch. Love the windows!

Hard to tell if the space is large enough for ideas below and if you were wanting a dining set.

Living room on left as you enter centered around fireplace.

Traffic flow is through middle of room and to the right opposite seating, a dining table.

In kitchen by the sliding doors, add a cozy table for casual meals.

Below are just a few ideas on what you might be able to do in your living room and dining room. Note the furniture and layout.

Thank you everyone for all your valuable time and comments. Currently we have place the TV right above the fire place and sofa opposite to it. We are not sure about the placement of the dining table yet and what sofa or seating arrangement goes well close to the windows.
