ahh so easy then. I do agree it spreads, but if I can get a good dense bed going, it chokes out all kinds of undesirable weeds, and looks nice.

The chances are very good it will just appear in your lawn. The thing is, if you plant it, it will take over your garden beds.

Worst lawn pest I have. And seeds and grows into all beds. Talk about a hard to control ground cover! Delicate it is not.

The Glechoma is the only thing that has been willing to grow back over a huge, still active ant mound. They ate all the roots and killed everything else. Made a fine dust bath for the turkeys. It has been in full bloom for over a month and is so showy I can see it from across the garden.

And yes it is everywhere in everything, but my garden is wild and highly improper.

Actually, overgrowing grass is exactly what I had in mind: I only want grass along a couple of paths just wide enough to walk on and easily mowed with a string trimmer.
