Is my honey locust tree dying?

I have what I believe to be a honey locust tree, and my neighbor has what looks to be the same tree. They are currently leafing out, but mine is yellow and neighbor's is green. I have noticed a difference in color in years past but I don’t think it was ever this drastic. Should I be concerned? We live in Toronto Canada, zone 5/6
