Color suggestions please!

Hi there! My dad will be buying a new home and we are going to have the walls painted before he moves in’s. He’s preferring beige or grey so basically neutrals. We would love any suggestions for paint colors. We aren’t painting the trim or doors. Thanks in advance!!

IMO neither gray or beige is neurtal they both need context to work well and I think a color like Gray Wisp is a much more neutral since it is more like nature. I have used it many times when clients have to choose a color in a new build and they have not furnished it yet. It is IMO a true neutral and works with everything.

I think Sherwin Williams Popular Grey is the perfect greige. I've had it in two houses now.

I would go with this too.
