My guess is that those benches were special made to fit the spaces.

I think they DIY'd those benches, perhaps out of teak, but undoubtedly there's space space outdoor furniture out there for you!

I love my NYC balcony, but there are a few things to keep in mind for your project: depending on how high and how exposed your balcony is, you will probably be asked at some point to bring everything loose into your apartment because a storm is expected. Make sure the furniture you select can be either attached or will fit inside for short stretches. What is the drainage for your balcony? Keep it clear, or you will rot the feet off any wood furniture. The city periodically mandates balcony inspections. Check with your building about any restrictions they have on how balconies are furnished, or you run the risk of having to remove something you’ve paid for.

I wound up with stacking teak chairs, cushions that I could bring in and out, and a small folding cafe table on my balcony. The chairs are comfortable enough for spending a long morning with a cup of coffee and a book. I tried plants, but my west-facing balcony bakes in the afternoon and the plants weren’t happy. Post picture when you decide!
