From what I can see, I think it is a very well grown Sans. trifasciata. It will darken up some with age. Growers add several young starts to a pot to give a fuller more robust pot.

Your new growth is a new rhizome starting to make a new plant. Sans flower from the center growing point causing all new growth to cease. I would not be surprised to see you having many pots full of sans after your re-potting.
