Kay said it, lots of pretties! I think my very favorite is your bee pollen seedling, very pretty. Blue Beetle looks nice, I have thought about getting that one, I like it in its single form too, but good info to know it does not double for you. I also like Green Volcano.

The NOID purple is my hands down favorite. If you ever get enough of that one to trade, let me know. Green Volcano and Come Sail Away are very nice too. I like their green throats.

Nancy, I think Sherry also has Blue Beetle. I wonder if it has ever doubled for her. This is fourth year it has been here and no doubling and not much multiplying either.

Debra, I posted this bee pollen lily a couple of years ago when it first bloomed. I have never had a bee pollen lily that I am aware of and was shocked to see this one. The clump it was in is a noid. I tagged it, divided it, and set it apart last year. It has increased to three fans so of course will keep you tagged on it. It is actually more purple than the pic shows-not as much red as it appears.

Here is its first appearance in 2019 in the middle of the noid.

I agree about the bee NOID purple one. It is perfect with that white edging. Glad you kept it. The seedling with the lime green throat is nice too. Goodness you have so many lovelies to see.

Kate - I remember you showing us the purple NOID when it first bloomed. A few times I've had a single fan of another daylily mixed in with a small clump I bought. Sometimes those fans are closer to their neighbor than the mother plant. Thanks for keeping me in mind when you get enough fans.

Debra, I have had that happen as well. I don’t think that is the case with this one. Because of its location and others around it I know a lot about this noid (except the name!!!). It is old! I got it from a roadside stand on a trip to Florida-probably 30 years ago. I bought several daylilies-all single fans for a dollar each! They all are growing in my jungle bed behind my house. But, wherever it came from, I love it!!

I’m late to the party, Kate, so many pretties. My favorite is your purple noid, it was hard to choose. I’m on my third day with my granddaughter here….. I’m tired, bringing her home tonight, grandma needs a rest.

I agree with others. That purple bee pollen noid is luscious.......I grew Frank Smith's Apache Sunrise and the color was really pretty. However as with almost all of the Frank Smith daylilies I have tried (and he made some beauties), it didn't like my winters and slowly began to fade away over the years. In your warmer climate and in ground it should grow better for you..........Maryl

I wonder if others also have huge foliage this year. Not sure why, because spring here in general has had below normal rainfall. However, March was milder than normal.
