If I’d like to have an artificial turf around my pool to serve as a “deck” area with loungers and chairs etc. do I need to have a concrete pad poured first or can I have it put on a dirt pad with proper prep? We will have a retaining wall around the pool area as we have some elevation drop in our back yard. I’d like the surface to be mostly level. Thanks!
