Pull the vanity and cut into wall -- post pictures.

Probably a cleanout, but no way of knowing for sure.

I’m assuming it’s a clean out. will open wall and post pictures. If it’s a clean out can I cut and have it closer in wall? No other way to get most vanities in.

Where is the "extra pipe" please?

So what would someone do here. As you see in the Old vanity they had to cut into it and it’s a mess. How can I get a vanity flush to the wall here and not destroy it?

@Joseph Corlett, LLC if you click on the photo you can see the extra pipe on the bottom. Trying to figure out how to get a vanity flush to the wall. We don’t really want to cut up a brand new vanity

Or get a vanity that looks like furniture (sits up on legs). That far back you'll never be able to see the cleanout and you won't have to butcher the vanity.

Pull the vanity, open the wall, and repipe the Sani t and the cleanout higher. Patch the wall and install the new vanity.
