I always eye Flying Trapeze but talk myself out of it, I have a Munson very similar to it I think. Looks like Get'r Done does better for you than mine is. I love the flower but it has not increased since I got it and not a lot of blooms. I did move it last fall and hope that it will do better. Flight of Orchids is lovely. Rose F. Kennedy is gorgeous, I think mine will bloom within the week! Pea Green with Envy is stunning too. I have a friend who has it and been raving, I see why. Love the clumps, and your garden is looking great.

ThanK you, Nancy! You know that peak day is always so much fun. There were other clumps, and FFOs but you just can't post everything./ At least I am keeping much better records so I can take part in both posts after the season this year because I missed one of them In part because I am not always as sure as I should be of the categories.

I hope your RFK does bloom soon. I am sure you will like it because it is such a dramatic bloom and so big. Peas Green With Envy was a bonus plant.

Thank you, Sherry. There were so many clumps that I just kept walking around taking pictures. It is always so much fun when you have a peak day. I have a good many new ones this year and really figured that blooming would be down as a result, but it hasn't been that way and the .blooms have even been good from the newbies. I have had Heaven's Edge for several years. It is such a good plant and the bloods are very heavy; they look like porcelein.

Your Deliverer clump stands out. The front view certainly doesn't look like peak, but I think you've noted before that you have a series of peaks.

All are lovelies-love the clumps!! And you are so right about today! So cool most did not open and if they did the sun seemed to “freeze” them in place! I got very few shots today and it would have been a good day. Who expects temps in the high 40s at night for us this time of year?!! Yesterday’s blooms were still open this morning!!

It has been cool this spring. The high was 67 Saturday with a sharp north wind. I had to put on my coat to sit out there potting. Not really complaining exactly. I know what the heat will do...........So many colorful clumps. I like your Googies. I grew it for many years. Sadly I lost both of my pots to the arctic freeze this February. It's a very good yellow..............Pink Gingham caught my eye enough to look it up. A pretty Shooter plant............I love the full open form on Jewel of Jewels. Nice one...I'm enjoying your first peak that's for sure..............Maryl

Thank you, Maryl. I am so sad you lost so many. I had damage to some and they have fewer blooms but I didn't lose anything. I would be happy to share with you but I know you avoid rust and I live in the rust belt so that is a no-go.I Can't guarantee no rust even though I spray to prevent it. The Maryetta Gardens quit selling Pink gingham several years ago. I think it cost me $8 and had given me hundreds of blooms. I have always really enjoyed it. I agree, even though the unusual cool has raised havoc with blooms, the heat that is next will be miserable too.
