Online bathroom layout help

Here is my current bathroom layout. I was wondering if anyone did the layout/design themselves or could recommend anyone that would look at the current layout and map out the new one in 3D. We are getting rid of the tub and just doing a shower where the tub is now. I was thinking about putting a cabinet in next to the shower for storage, leaving the toilet and sink in the same position. I just want to see this new layout. My contractor does not do this. If anyone could recommend an easy to use app to do this that would be great as well. Thanks.

Two questions, do you really need the tub. If you have another in the home, sometimes that will be sufficient.
If you keep the tub in place, how are you going to get in the shower? I would eliminate the tub (if not needed) and build a large walk-in shower. If the tub stays, move the shower where the tub is , at least you will have access to the tub and you can enter the shower also. You could also downsize the size of the vanity and have more room.

I just really need to see the layout on paper. This is a first floor bath. I think a shower that is 7.5 ft long might be a bit much. I was thinking of putting a cabinet next to it on the same wall and making it about 5ft long. I just would love to see the design to help me visualize properly.
