I like your blue and white patterned tile options. They stay cleaner looking than darker solid tiles for the floor, and will coordinate better with your tiles in the shower areea. You can paint the walls white and paint your current vanity blue. Get a white quartz remnant for the vanity top with an undermount sink and a new one handled faucet.

#1 is too busy. You will see any specs that would drive you crazy on black floor.

It's difficult to tell from your photo but it looks as though your bathtub is an almond color, I hope it's the camera angle. If not, rather than spend money on a new vanity I would re-glaze your tub to be white and also replace your counter top with a white one rather than cream. This is a nice simple tile pattern that has energy but not overly busy. Notice the similar colored grey tiles in the shower below. Painting your vanity white (new self leveling paints) with black hardware would update the vanity. You could either do white walls or a lighter grey which will help the bathroom look bigger.
