Very nice house! After seeing your photos and houssaon's examples, I think I'd try and match it to the bricks. I just like the one color all over shown in your photos. Keeping that section light or the same seems less distracting to me. One thought is to take a closeup of the bricks and upload it to a site like Sherwin Wms. It will "read" your brick color and pull up some paint suggestions. Not foolproof but a good start. The Navajo White from houssaon is worth checking. It will probably look much lighter on the exterior.

I was going to suggest the same as Julia- rather than adding a new color, use what is already there. The wood would look great there!

The cream trim color under the porch roof and on the columns looks like a perfect color. Otherwise, match the bricks. It doesn't look right with a dark color in that space

A definite ”no” on the tan or black; makes the gorgeous structure look too top heavy. I’d also agree with color matching the brick, or maybe just a shade deeper.

I’d add a new color. Navy.

Since this is a new build, what is wrong with putting more of your pretty brick there? What siding is on the sides and back of the house? Maybe match that?
