    Its called Dubois.. Its on their website cementtileshop.com

    I finally found it.. Unfortunately to get a sample I'd have to pay $65 to get one made plus shipping $15.. Would rather see if I can contact the owners of the home to see if they have any leftover tile I could buy from them to get a sample of it.
