Since it's for your bedroom, and you love the prints, go ahead. It's certainly not ideal. I'd try flipping them both sideways - so the dark areas are vertical in the middle next to each other, and the clouds are horizontal.

It's your room so hang what you like...but do I sound old-fashioned to recommend you hang them the way the artist painted them? Would you hang the Mona Lisa upside down?

Since you asked, I feel they are too much of a good thing with being duplicates as well as how somber they feel. I‘d place one on a smaller wall for more impact. If looking for prints has been difficult, you might have an easier time with one long piece.

Lighter, softer art would feel calmer and one below comes in various sizes. If interested, I‘d tape out the different options to see what size looks best.

I like the art. Not sure if I would hang above the headboard but I tend to like art at eye level. If the art speaks to you go for it. Darker art may be your calm.

They might look good in a dining room but they feel ominous fir a bedroom. I like the concept of two prints sized like these. Better subject matter would be my suggestion.

Here are a couple options. One lighter and the other more in the brown tones. Or pick up some color and do something more interesting. Just for inspiration.

I have no idea if in time you'd be ok with it. I never quite know for my home. Andy Warhol used same photo, repeated in different colors. What about that done in some way - using another neutral that really goes?

I like the color/subject matter, but they are going to weigh down your bedroom, especially the too skinny lamps. If you use them, hang vertically one hand's breadth apart. Hung horizontally, they will be too wide for the headboard, IMO. Total height of lamps and bedside tables should reach 58-64" above the floor. Lamps should be chunky if on chunky pieces and skinny if on airy, leggy pieces.

They would be more appreciated in a room where you can get closer to see the details. I also think, as others said, they are a bit somber for a bedroom. There are tons of large art around. On art.com you can spend hours looking at options. Greatbigcanvas.com is another.
These paintings would be better served in a dining room or area where getting close to them is easier. But if you love them, and want them in your bedroom, then go for it.

"Got a deal on 2 matching prints" is what that says to me. I do not agree to hang them in any direstion except the one they were originally planned . I don't think they are too somber for a bedroom but IMO one larger piece would be abetter choice. BTW the lamps are too small.

I think they are great, and great togther. I would give the clouds a silver lining and frame them in modern silver-finish frames. If I decided to spend a fortune, I would wallpaper the wall behind them in Fornasetti ”Nuvole” wallpaper, which comes in a dawn or a twillight version. It’s sold by Cole & Sons

OP, you said, "Two of the same prints I want to hang together" and 'I got them at affordable price for me' - aren't mutually exclusive - possibly they can exist in the same situation.

Many threads should include OP budget for: good, better, and best scenario - not kidding - but not how it goes. ;)

I have bought items with a hunch - call it impulsive. Then with creativity, I have altered them, and was satisfied. You buy something cheap, if you feel it, that you might make something pleasing. Only then is it actually a deal - gamble! And so, sometimes houzz is to rouse such ideas.

These are depression prints for me.
