Love the hydrangeas, your zone is much warmer than mine, so you can grow lots of hydrangeas with beautiful blooms. Tom Terrific looks so good with the blue hydrangea. Everything looks so good.

Tree root competition had not been a problem until this year. Several hosta are regressing despite my watering efforts. What they all have in common is being planted in the ground near a large tree. Most of them are fine, but some are regressing and one died (On Stage or Choko Nishiki). So, I dug up Cup of Joy and put it in a large pot in the same spot. Also photos of Chodai Ginyo with flower scape, and Sun Kissed

Viking Sunshine is cute in bloom, first 2 pics. Ventricosa has wheat-like flower scapes. Sagae.

Lakeside Prophecy Fulfilled with Captain Kirk, then Devon Green, then Dinky Donna, and lastly pot with Heather Hill, Golden Scepter and some dwindles

Utog, I have so admired yours and others Parisian Silk so much so that I ordered one. Unfortunately the vendor said it did not come through the winter well so they cannot ship it. I told them to pick a hosta for me letting them know I have space for sun tolerant as well……..sigh……..will have to wait another year. I could find it elsewhere maybe, but still waiting on two orders……one includes Tattoo……. :-)
