My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

QuartzScapes Finish- scratched?

Help! Need advice please. Our pool was finished with QuartzScapes Tahoe Blue December 2020. We did everything we were told to do, including keeping the chemicals balanced after start up. We are being told this issue is from the chemicals not being balanced and we now have to pay them to acid wash it in the fall.
