Am I too picky?

I'm near the end of the whole house remodel. Overall the house has tranformed and looks absolutely beautiful. However, my coutertops have 4 seams in them. When I spoke to my contractor, he directed me to the subcontrator, who told me that the seams were necessary in order to use only one slab of quartz. However, my original quote included 2 slabs of quartz. Had they used 2 slabs, my countertops could have been almost seamless (it would have needed 1 seam). No one asked me my opinion and did not give me an option to decide to use 1 or 2 slabs. As a result, they installed the countertops. The pieces of quartzs add ons where the 3 seams are located are small pieces (2 - 20"x 26" and 1- 26"x33"). There is one section that particulary bothers me, see pic. The seam is yellow and the veining doesnt line up. They offered to send someone to fix the seam but that still doesnt fix the disalignment of the veining. I attempetd to compromise and asked them to replace this one section and they couldnt because of die lot issues. They did attempt to find a reminant that would match my die lot, but were unsuccessful. They told me that my only 2 options are to fix the seams or do a complete replacement. Ultimately, they told me that a full replacement is to much of a cost and will damage my cabitnets. The only option is for them to fix the seams and give me a discount.

Now here's my delima, I have to live with this while they move on to their next project. On one hand, I dont want to fight this battle and I want to just leave it alone, but on the other hand they made a decision without my input and now i'm stuck with seams that shouldnt be there.

Could you please provide me with your advice?

Will the damge be too much for my cabinets?

Am I being to picky?

Thank you for you time in advance!
