Deciding on Plan A vs Plan B
Have two toddler boys, I’m leaning more towards B for functionality and I don’t need much laundry space but I’m also torn with a big laundry room.

Plan A

• pictures with brown couch
  -opens up 2nd floor
  -no walk in laundry room
  From right to left in green my thoughts are:
• reading nook , desk, couch / TV (pintrest pics)

Plan B

• pictures with no furniture
• bigger laundry room
• small loft but exact square shape
• closed off 2nd floor
