Broken wooden bedframe

I purchased this from Ashley Homestore. I had it like 1yr. Suddenly side rail broken. Some wood has been chipped out with bracket. This made headboard and side rail are not incontact. I purchased this for 1200$
Please advice, Im a student and i dont know how to fix this.
