Problem with Fujitsu halcyon mini split AOU36RLXFZH Cooling

Hello all, I have an issue with a Fujitsu halcyon mini split

AOU36RLXFZH setup – Two wall mount units and one duct unit.

Since the start of the summer heating has been sub par – outdoor inverter fan running below maximum, and while the air coming out of the units inside is fairly solid it’s clearly not as cool as it should be – at best 10 degrees F below room temperature.

Air being pumped outside is 105-110 usually.

I (probably) wasted a few hundred $ to have a tech come out and top off the coolant

that seemed to have helped a little bit (before he did t we actually witnessed the outdoor fan fully stop and the compressor kept running)

I’ve cleaned all the filters and coils on the indoor units that I could see, and there are no error codes on the wired remote or on the inverter PCB.

I literally ordered coolant and gauges and following instructions online it seems fairly straight forward to top it off myself again.

This is my only conclusion as to an issue researching online, any non thoughts appreciated.

I have done a power reset and I have not used this system for heating for 1-2 years at this point.

Was going to follow these instructions basically, when everything arrives:
