Yes. Most all windows now a days come with black screen wire.

We had all new Anderson windows installed a few years ago and the screens are black fine mesh.

Most windows come with a standard black fiberglass mesh screen, some may be aluminum but also offer other options that are less visable. Typically a thinner strand black fiberglass mesh.
