My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Vinyl plank on patio area

I have a concrete patio with net screens. So its open to the elements. Wanting to install some flooring on it. Talked to a few contractors and the all suggest LVP.
I am not convinced that will withstand the rain and extreme temps of Indiana.
Do you have LVP on your porch or patio? What has been your experience?
