I have a Rain Bird 1800 that's labeled to throw water 15'. It only goes about 4'. Adjustment screw does no good. It's a new head and the filter is clean. Many of my sprinklers are falling short, where they used to work fine and now parts of the lawn are dying from lack of water. Water pressure: 60psi.

Any thoughts?
