Has anyone installed Coretec Grande Lotte Oak? Looking for pictures and feedback.

I recently installed these in my home as a part of a remodel, went with this line for durability and my friends installed the grande patronas. I haven't moved in yet, but so far I am extremely pleased with my choice and already get tons of compliments on them. The installer, my contractor, and my designer have all be extremely impressed. My designer commented the floors even feel like real wood and she took a sample for supply. Excuse the messy pics still mid-reno!

love them! I am looking to get these, look very nice

Thanks for posting these! We're considering Grande Lotte Oak for our new build and it's good to see more pictures.

Looks beautiful! We are also getting Grande Lotte Oak.

For the stairs, did you use Grande Lotte Oak as well and if so did you use "Stair Tread" or "Flushed Stair Nose"?

Thanks! We still love it after 5 months. We did use the same Grande Lotte Oak on the stairs and used the Flushed Stair Nose.

Love your floors! I'm heavily considering grande lotte oak to cover our worn down red oak floors. My only issue is my sample looks cool and different from online pics. In your pics, lotte oak looks warm (which I prefer). Would you say your pics are an accurate representation of how they look in person?

Thanks! We still love them. Yes they are accurate in pics. We previously had more orange tone engineered hardwood and I remember that the Grande Lotte sample looked cooler and grayish in comparison too. The lighting you pick will also affect the tone. We use the warmer tone lights.

Beautiful homes you all have! We're thinking of installing this product in our entire first floor, large wall-in closet area and possibly our stairs. I found another brand that I love the color of, Montserrat Meraki Collection in Demure Natural, but am concerned about a few reviews on it's quality - chipping & buckling. It is a lower price point than the Coretec, and from reviews it seems its a lower quality, so now I'm back to strongly considering the Coretec. For the stairs, how do you feel they are holding up? Did you put a runner on them? Any issues with the Coretec now that you've had it in your homes for a while? Thank you for your feedback!

No issues with this flooring so far. I did not install in on stairs.

Regardless of brand, chipping & buckling is probably more reflective of how the surface was prepped/not prepped and how it was installed more so than the material used in my opinion.

Our floors were installed a year and a half ago and we still love them! There is no wear on them at all and they are super easy to clean. I especially appreciate them by my dog’s water bowl! I use a Dyson vacuum and iRobot with no issues. I use the Coretec floor cleaner with a spray bottle and any dirt lifts off with a microfiber towel. The stairs are great but a little slippery like any hard floor would be. My dog figured out how to slow down going down. Also I use Ruggable rugs and runners in most rooms and I’ve seen no discoloration of the floors (I’ve read on other sites that this was maybe an issue).

We had planned to install the Coretec Grande Lotte Oak (installed in kitchen only); however have ultimately chosen to go with a lighter color - the Makkah Oak -- in remainder of home. I have approx 1,500 sq ft available for sale -- willing to offer deeply discounted pricing. We are located in WI but can ship. Pls contact me at jwire@tds.net if interested.

Jodi, do you still have the Grande Lotte Oak for sale?

Alice, by any chance do you know the name of your wall paint color? I am seriously considering Grande Lotte and my walls are BM Edgecomb Gray. Looks similar to your walls

The walls in the kitchen and family room are BM Pale Oak and the rest of the house is SW Shoji White. They both go well.

    Great. Thanks for that info!
