Tell us more about the kitchen....specifically countertops and backsplash. Do you have any photos? You are talking about wall paint color, yes?

I usually specify "Simply White" (Benjamin Moore) as a more neutral white, and "Chantilly Lace" (Benjamin Moore) for a cooler--but not too cool--white. They both show up regularly in my designs.

I have LVP in a white/grayish color throughout the house, and my paint was BM's Chantilly Lace. Love it regardless of window location. I wasn't looking for gray flooring--I wanted white or as close as I could get without going toward beige--and because I have cats this LVP waterproof/water resistant flooring was suggested. The floor/ walls combo seems to set off the emerald green sofas and white drapes extremely well.

Distant Grey by Benjamin Moore is my go-to white paint that would be perfect in your case. The color doesn't lean cool or warm it's truly the perfect neutral white. Here are two photos from a firm I worked with in the past (Widell+Boschetti) that used that color.

I do not have backsplash picked out yet.
But I’m thinking. White pickets or just a subway brick.

I would go with warm white some kind of White Dove, Shoji White, Alabaster SW.

If it were my kitchen my first choice to try would be White Dove (Benjamin Moore). White dove is creamy enough not to feel too stark with your finishes but it also has a little grey in it. If you are able to save painting for the last step, that would be best to make sure it works for you.

We just used two shades (from Behr using SW product) that I am really liking. The lightest is Weathered White, and the next shade down is Cotton Gray. Both have been very neutral in all light situations. I used the white in kitchen and utility areas, the darker shade in seating areas.
