You could add a vinyl molding similar to tour door casing either pictured framed or with a stool and apron a vinyl stop would be need to finish the jamb. Sime of the tile would need ro be removed and some cut.

you can trim over tile, you just need woodworking skills. I have trimmed out a window in a tub/shower with composite exterior trim moulding, it's a great wet/space solution.

I would leave it without trim. I think it would look awkward to try and add trim to this window, with the tile coming up that way. Especially with it being a glass block window, it's not like a regular window so I wouldn't feel the need to trim it out the same.

I would look into framing the window using trim from the same tile line, using bullnose or whatever is available to match what’s already there.

Leave it alone! The window looks fine w/o the trim. IMHO

What do you think moulding will add? The window appears well-finished. To my eye the main issue is the blind-- it seems too contrast-y to me. Something light and translucent would work better.

I know you cannot place the privacy film on the glass block, however, you could have an acrylic sheet cut to the size of the opening and apply the privacy film to the acrylic. That way you won't need to raise and lower the shade for privacy.
