First why not look at real stone instaed of plastic . As for seeing pics of choices on a monitor it will give no help. If you get samples and bring them home it will be more helpful to you. Also before choosing this make sure all the lighting is IMO LED 4000K. I think quartz is just a poor choice for counters a counter that cannot handle heat makes no sense to me it also cannot be used behind a cooking appliance so another down side. A nice polished white granite is as close to bullet proof as you can get go see what is available at your local stone yard.

I would strongly recommend you avoid Seacourt. One of our slabs has an ugly,, obvious dark blotch that resemebles something that a swipe of a thick marker would make. I am not referring to the honey veins. How quality assurance at Cambria thought this was ok is beyond me and my husband. The fabricator thinks it is resin pooling. On a primarily white quartz, this is very attractive. We are very disappointed.
