we moved into this house a few years ago and this tree in the backyard produced white flowrrs but it usually pushes leaves out then flowers so the whole tree usually isnt all white like ive seen in crab apples. but its never produced fruit until this year. up until this year ive suspected it was a crab apple but now im thinking its some type of pear. if someone could help ID this tree it would help a lot. thank you
