My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Nice work! It's actually the metal railings that I love. I would like to try and recreate it in the house we are building. I was going to try to do same floor as well. Thanks anyway!

    The only thing I remember about the floor is seeing them build the raised floor area for the kitchen. I have no clue what kind of stone that is. It was nice thick stone. 1" if I remember.
