When we open our patio door it creates a vacuum causing a downdraft of creosote into the room. We had the chimney cleaned but it made no difference. We converted the wood burning fireplace to a gas fireplace so the damper is open and I realize this may contribute to the problem. Anyone have a similar issue and found a solution?
