My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Replacement window brands- please advise!

5 years ago

We are looking to replace 20 Andersen Narrowline wood windows(35 years old). so far we have 4 bids for double hung as follows;

Ultraweld @ 20K

Pella 250 @ 19k

Elements soft lite @19k

Provia Endure @ 17k

Probably not interested in the Pella. The Provia is a large company, lots of installs. The Ultraweld and Softlite dealers are smaller and very local, which I like. Thoughts anyone?
