Beautiful kitchen❣️I think a white herringbone would look great.

If you go with white, make sure the white undertone doesn’t clash with your cabinets. Personally, I like a little variety in a kitchen so it isn’t all white. I’d keep it light but maybe a glassy blue.

White would look very nice. But will be a drop tricky to match. Make sure you really find the right white before you start installation.
Blue would be so pretty too!! I’d probably do a deeper blue to warm up the space.
Either way you go I would take the tile to the ceiling. It’ll look beautiful!! Good luck!
