My old built-in-95 kitchen had that range wall layout and it was very tight! The 18" between the range and the fridge was almost useless...and so was the cabinet below.. When the fridge doors were opened, it was hard to use the end seat at the island...always a traffic problem. I would put your fridge on the left side of the sink.
