My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    While I'm not sure on these exact chairs, they were designed by super Hollywood designer William Haines. To search for different takes on them, try searching "William Haines" and "Brentwood Chair." His company lives on and they sell this version:
