That is abaolute perfection! I never had much luck with the single Bobo I planted (and ultimately shovel pruned), but your pics of these beautiful Bobos are inspiring me to try once again.

I forgot…are yours in full sun? They are simply stunning.

@luis_pr each are are about 3 feet tall (less than) and less than 4 feet wide.

How old are those, Rouge? I just put mine in November. I hope mine look like yours! I think I read that hydrangeas take close to three years to mature?

Most are at least 5 year old. (There are a couple of small ones that are 3 years in the garden)

Rouge - Now you have to confess....those are not real flowers right? You bought silk flowers and attached them? OR was it photoshopped? [g] But seriously, I've never seen so many blooms on any Hydrangea. What is your secret? What are you doing to these shrubs to make them perform so well?

The more recent Hydrangea paniculata breeding has really brought a lot to the species in terms of garden performance, size and flower color variation versus the old standards. It'll be exciting to see where the breeders can take to next as more hit the market every year. Can't wait to see what the standouts will be.

I like when new standouts are brought to the market. But with paniculatas it seems lately I see five new varieties offered for sale every month and most of those will never pan out or ever be seen again on the market.

I wish trials were longer and new varieties were really "proven" new varieties instead of some tiny anomaly noticed, named, and rushed to market. I don't want to invest in and grow a plant out for YEARS only to find out it can't even support itself- those issues should be weeded out during the breeding/development stage long before they reach maturity in my yard. Instead we're sold Quick Fire, Little Quick Fire, Smaller Quick Fire, Limey Quick Fire, Super Quick Fire, Fire Quick Fire, Flamey Quick Fire, Super Tiny Limey Quick Fire, and all the other permutations. Meanwhile none of them ever turn out to be what is expected- a smallish paniculata that blooms well, fairly early, and doesn't brown out as they turn "dark pink" or whatever other cockamamie blush color they promise that is really just beige.
