murraya paniculata is also called orange jasmine. its leaflet should be dark green. but mine has leaflet turn yellow and some turn white between vine. when I shake the plants a bunch of leaves of leaflet drop down. I check the root as well. some of the root looks flat and easy to pull off. it's like rotten root. but instead of black and mushy. it's white and flat. I check my watering and fertilizing record. I water it ever 3 to 5 days depends on weather and I fertilize it every 2 to 4 watering. once in 7th watering. I keep it under grow light. I wonder if the substrate isn't right. please help me to take a look. photos below.

below is the overall look. yellow leaves on top, light green in between vine leaves on bottom. this plants turn from dark green to colorful T_T

if you see it from the side. it doesn't looks so bad. I think that's because the leaflet under are still kind green. it seems there are a lot leaves on the top. but there is only 6 leaflet there. this plant grow so slowly. only 1 new leaf this month and a few flower slowly open and turn from green to white

if you look the root I circle. it looks flat and easy to pull off. when I pull it off. the "skin" of the root come off but there core is still strong. I meant not that easy to be pulled off like the "skin". and if you look at the chunk. there is some white powder there. I am not sure what it is. under has some green moss growing there.

that's the substrate I use. I am not sure I use the right substrate.

after I shake the plant a bit. some leaves of leaflet fall off.
