Remodeling our kitchen with white cabinets and we are keeping our semi dark floors. i want a very classy, modern, highend look. we are having a hard time with the backsplash/ countertops . we are going to continue the countertops up the backsplash as well. we are currently looking at quartzite in Mont Blanc but im worried its going to look boring. thinking of maybe doing a backsplash with a little more pizaz! We would also have an area where the backsplash goes 7ft from the countertop to the ceiling. the island would be a dark greyish green color and thinking gold and black light fixtures and gold drawer pulls. white sink has been ordered. what do you think of these countertops. is the last one(mont blanc) too boring?
