Red leaves on Blueberry plants

I water my potted blueberry plants every day with tap water (around 7 ph, water leaches). I give fertilizer every 2 weeks (0.25tsp of Jack's Acid Special). Blueberry fruits grow fine, but around mid-season, some of the leaves turn red with spots. I do occasionally inject sulphuric acid in the water (but it also does this before I give sulphuric acid). I cannot figure out why it does this.

I've used some cheap instrument to measure PH of the soil. However, it's hard to rely on them. I was just wondering if someone would be able to tell me what would be the possible causes (low ph or high ph). Can it also be caused by chlorine in the tap water or something else? It's definitely not due to cold weather.
