Pics of the actual space are always needed , the drawing needs to be able to be enlarged and I need more info . For instance how many times do you need a dining table how many people need to have seating then? Do you have bedrooms and how many . I have a 15 x 25 " LR and there is no way I could fit all of the stuff you have in that space I think your dining table either needs to do double duty as a desk or be gone and what is on the bookshelf? Since it is not close to the desk I assume not work related and in that case needs to go. That sectional is way too big for the space it barely allows walkspace around it and certainly no one sitting at the table Waht are the spaces around this space ?
