can you take more pics and what does space right outside this look like?

Leave the walls white.
For the pillows it really depends on the rest of the spaces around it.
But I’d probably do some luggage color pillows. Maybe some blues. Creams.

these are some of the pics before eveything was painted. the goal is to replace the desk with a built in desk for two...possibly white with a stained top or all white. and small shelving on top. The opposite side of the desk is a shiplap wall with a built in bookcase.

Idk I would paint. It’s a lot of white and it’s going to be even more white. You could do a really sagey green.

I think it would work with the carpet color without enhancing it a ton. Also green is relaxing and a reminder of nature which can help you focus, among other stuff

I'd just find someplace else to bring in the colors from the bench cushion, like with art above the desk(s)...
