Yeah, I saw that too. But they also don't have any email on their "contract us" page so I was hoping it was just poor web management.

I was browsing old threads on Houzz and someone said Neff was sold in Canada a couple of years ago.

You can buy it from Belgium but you will never get parts or service. The sliding door is a great feature but after that.........

The oven operates on 220-240 volts which is the same as many US and Canadian ranges, ovens, cooktops, and dryers. However it would be wise to buy an oven sold locally of which there are 24 stainless steel, 24" models that cost less than US$1500, the price of the least-expensive Neff oven on the UK website.

The european models would run at 50HZ. 60 HZ is the standard in North America. The voltage is the same but that is only half of the issue That would be the problem

The B57CR22N0B oven, also sold in Australia, can operate on 50 or 60hz according to the specification sheet.

These likely would not be electrically certified for US or Canadian use.
