Images from this weekend

The season is winding down, yet I have several that are still blooming or sending up rebloom scapes.

JELLYFISH JEALOUSY: Wonderful plant.

SPIRITUAL HORIZONS: I divided it three weeks ago and left myself three fans. Doesn't even look like it was disturbed.

TRANSYLVANIAN TANGO: Looking good.

ARROGANT BASTARD: One of the many looks. I was finally able to capture the velvety nature of this one. This one really responds to the lighting.

I wonder how well Planetary Purple grows, a more recent Reed cultivar. Dean Green posted it once. It is good to see erect scapes on Planet Max. Are they always that way?

HONEY ON MY LIPS: Prolific mid late bloomer. Fertile both ways.

BOUNDLESS BEAUTY: Performs very well for me.

RAYGUN GOTHIC: Interesting name. Late bloomer from a hybridizer about 90 minutes away from me.

EDGE OF HEAVEN: This photo was taken at 5 pm with a heat index of 100.

PLANET MAX: I tried to take a picture showing the scape. It is so well branched. The best one of the year.

That is all for me.

Thanks for looking.

HOUZZ is certainly acting weird. I posted these pictures 3 days ago and they finally show up sometime within the past 24 hours. I was going to repost this weekend.

How nice Davis. I especially like Arrogant Bastard. Lovely color! Transylvanian Tango is a pretty one too, Honey on My Lips and Planet Max.

I'm sure the name Arrogant Bastard got flagged by Houzz for review. I agree about Jellyfish Jealousy being a winner. I do believe it is a bud builder too.

Nice group.

Mantis,

Planet Max usually has erect scapes. I have never seen it leaning. I can't speak to Planetary Purple, as I have never seen it in person.
