Your kitchen and fireplace have such a sleek design that I think the clutter of the cart doesn't belong. I'd look for a slightly taller, simply styled, closed door cabinet to store the bar items.

i was leaning towards the same…just wondering what height relative to the ceiling would feel too tall? i mostly just need a cabinet to hold items like the bottles, not necessarily a surface to pour drinks on, so i was thinking a taller, narrow cabinet or one that’s elevated might work? thanks again!
