I would consider getting different nightstands.
You should have enough room to put your bed and 2 nightstands on the wall with the door. Assuming you have a king bed and your door is 3 feet from the wall you have 5 feet of space left. 3 of that on the left side to access bath and closet leaves 2 for a nightstand on the right.

Given the size of your bed I don't see a better place for it.

I agree with anj_p. Then you can look out the window while laying in bed.

I only needed 2 feet between the bed and the wall.

If the big dresser is the holdup, I would get rid of it and look at different storage options. Same for nightstands. You can use small tables for nightstands, and you already have a dressing room! And you’ll have that nice big corner in the lower left area to do something with.

How much money and remodeling are you will to do to fix it? What are the surrounding rooms? There might be a way to reconfigure the bath/dressing or to steal space from adjoining rooms for a new closet; move some doors and anything is possible.

Get a bed with a bookcase headboard and built in or overhead sconce lights. Place bed to left as you walk in room

More $ and you'd lose hanging space

Renovate master closet so that closet door is moved toward the entrance wall. Place bed headboard on bathroom wall.

I think any way you position that bed it will be partially blocking the seat. Not sure why it was designed that way unless the original owner had a tiny bed. I would ditch the night stand in front of it though.

If you bought the house that way did you get to see how the original owners had the bedroom set up? Maybe they had the bed pushed up to both sides of the window seat and didnt' have a headboard. That would give you extra shelf space around the bed and great moon/sun light if the curtains were opened.

Here are some corner bed ideas that might start your creative juices flowing. You could figure out how to incorporate the window seat as a shelf all around, or you could build something to serve as a corner headboard and just ignore the seat. Another option would be to enclose the seat with a shallow box and lid on a piano hinge and use it for rarely accessed storage. You could wire it for a charging station, store magazines in it (they always get out of control.) If we could see photos of the area in question, I bet more ideas would surface.

The bed should go on the wall opposite the current location. That might mean downsizing to a Queen or getting a headboard with built-in nightstands as suggested above.
