Based on the limited photos, I would mount the tv on the wall between the two windows. I would get a narrow tv console beneath it for added storage for the room. Then, put the couch across from it. I would also angle the step machine on the other side of the fireplace. Leave the drums where they are. I would hang the guitars on the wall to the right of the drums. You need as much stuff off the floor as possible since there is such limited space. Hope this helps!

Agree with GLO, but would put the drum set in the "L" in the photos you just added. That will allow for a pair of swivel chairs right of the sofa, facing the fireplace. They'll be able to turn to watch TV. Hang art behind them (centered 5' above the floor) and art 5" above the sofa. You can paint above and below the ledge to match, or you can paint below like wainscot to match the fireplace surround. Color for the top should compliment the new sofa and chairs, which you should purchase before selecting paint colors. It looks to be well lit, but you'll need more lighting than just a ceiling fixture at night. Consider table and floor lamps with 4000K LEDs to get a daylight look with your task and accent lighting once you dime down the ceiling fixture..
